Dropping off at Camp
Check in is between 2PM and 4PM on arrival day (the first day of session). When you come down the Jackpine Trail, you’ll be greeted by our staff and our Program Director will connect your child with their leaders. We ask that families bring in their camper’s luggage with them.
For new families: please note that you cannot drive right into camp. Our parking lot is off of the Red Squirrel Rd and from there you will walk with your camper’s luggage into camp (about 1 km on a forest trail – your first portage!).

Picking up at Camp
Pick up is between 9AM and 11AM on the last day of session. Consider spending the night before at the Chateau (and joining us for a banquet!), in Temagami or North Bay as it is a big travel day.

If you are running late – no need to rush – please call the office and let us know when we can expect you. Drive safely and we will see you soon!
Camper Buses
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled departure/arrival time and check in with the staff member at the bus. The bus cannot be held for those that arrive late, and you will be asked to meet the bus at the next stop if you do not arrive on time. Please note that our buses travel through cottage country, so delays do happen. We do our best to communicate with families via email if the bus is running significantly behind schedule.
For Northbound Bus travel, parents need to provide campers with food. There will not be an opportunity to stop for food along the way. For Southbound travel, you will need to purchase a mandatory bus lunch for your camper. This can be done through the camper registration portal.
Busing is offered at the start and end of every two- and four-week session and is dependent on number of campers. One-week Trail Blazer campers will therefore only have busing to OR from camp. Please check your dates and plan accordingly.
