Age Groupings are based on calendar year. For example, a camper turning 14 before December 31 is considered a River Runner aged camper.
Please Note: At Camp Wanapitei, we prioritize keeping campers within their age groupings and do not move campers up to the next program before their age.

Discounts: Early registration discounts (2%) will automatically be applied to registrations received on or before November 15th, 2026. Families registering multiple campers are also eligible for our sibling discounts. Discounts apply only to program fees (not camp store, equipment or transportation fees). Camp Wanapitei will adjust discounts and any authorized payments if a camper is not eligible for them as per the descriptions below.
Sibling Discounts will be added by the camp office after registration. The balance of your fees and payments will be adjusted accordingly.
Sibling Discount A (10%): If you are registering 2 campers (siblings) the camper with the LOWER program fee is eligible for this discount. Your camper with the higher program fee does not get a sibling discount.
Sibling Discount B (12%): If you are registering 3 or more campers (siblings) the campers with the lower program fees are eligible for this discount. Your camper with the highest program fee does not get a sibling discount.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Camp Wanapitei reserves the right to change programs for any reason deemed necessary by the Camp Wanapitei Director. In such cases, we attempt to accommodate campers in other existing programs. If we cancel a program and are unable to provide a viable program alternative, we will refund in full. Once registered, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. As of April 1st, 2027 no refund or reduction in fees will be made for dismissal or withdrawal, reduction in registration (i.e. shorter program), late arrival, or early departure for any reason unless there is a medical concern with supporting documentation from a medical doctor. Medical cancellations will result in a 15% administrative charge. All registration cancellations must be communicated in writing and sent to [email protected]. All fees shall be considered due and owing on April 1st, 2027. Camp Wanapitei reserves the right to cancel enrollment if fees are not paid in full on or before April 1st, 2027, or within 7 days of registration if enrolment occurs after April 1st, 2027. The financial obligations of the camp are fixed for the season and the withdrawal of a camper from a program does not lessen operating expenses.
Changes to transportation after June 1st, 2027 will result in the following additional fees:
1) Late registration for the bus: $50
2) Cancellation of bus travel: $50;
3) Change of bus travel destination: $25 (will apply to each change and subject to bus availability).
If your camper requires an airport pick-up or an airport chaperone additional fees will apply.
Interest at 2.5% per month shall accrue on all overdue accounts.
