Summer Staff 2014: Look Who’s Back! (Volume One)

Summer 2014 is starting to take shape.  As we move closer to the summer, we’ll keep you posted on which staff are coming back and introduce you to any new faces you’ll see this coming summer. 

First up – our VII leaders.  Most of you will not get to see these four until they paddle under the Bridge on Harvest Night, as they are spending their summer leading sixteen of our campers on an amazing 52-day journey in the North.

Voyageur II Group A

Speaking of North… we are thrilled to welcome back North de Pencier and Jamie Wilkie to lead VII-A this summer. North is currently living in India.  After a summer away from leading at Wanapitei, Jamie is finishing his second year of medical school at the Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica.

We are also incredibly happy to have Charles Heath and Sophie Roher back for summer number seven on staff.  As you may have seen from his “Just Checking In” post from November, Charles is currently travelling South East Asia.  Sophie is in Kampala, Uganda, doing an internship.
